Cast off from Marina Piccola
Meet the skipper around 9:30 and head out past Punta Campanella, with the island of Capri on your right.
Nerano and the Ieranto bay
First swim of the day in the protected bay under Punta Campanella, before the coast turns south.
Positano from the water
The pastel houses stacked up the cliff, seen the way postcards are taken. A photo stop, and a swim under the village if the sea is calm.
Li Galli and Praiano
Past the three islets of the sirens, then the fishing village of Praiano and the towers along the cliffs.
The Furore fjord
A narrow cut in the rock with a tiny beach at the bottom. The boat noses in for a look and a swim.
Amalfi
Lunch by the water or an hour in town: the cathedral steps are five minutes from the pier.
Back to Sorrento
The return run in the afternoon light, with the coast now on the other side.
