First swim in the cove of Marina del Cantone, where the water is glassy in the morning.

The protected bay under Punta Campanella, with Capri right in front. The long swim of the day.

The three islets of the sirens, a circle around them and a stop in the lee for snorkelling.
Positano from the water
The village climbing the cliff, seen from the sea. A swim under the houses when the sea is calm, and time ashore if you want it.
Back along the coast
The return run in the afternoon light, with one more swim if you ask.
